For many children and teens living with Long COVID or Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS), home becomes both a place of recovery and a potential source of frustration. They often spend more time indoors than their peers, and the limitations imposed by illness — fatigue, brain fog, orthostatic intolerance, pain — can make daily life harder.

But with thoughtful support, adaptation, and the right tools, home can also be transformed into a healing, empowering environment. Below are practical tools and strategies to help improve quality of life for young patients and their families.

Some of the concepts have been in part obviously discussed in other posts, including possible pharmacological approaches.
