What would be your proposal to try regarding the inflammation?

either low dose anticoagulation, or IVIG, or biological agents like JAK inibhitors or rituximab

We think that our son has an inflammatory issue although CRP is not high

Because we see that Ibuprofen makes him to sleep better and feeling better the next day

We tried Aspirin for a few weeks but haven’t Seen an effect

Regarding IVIG: privigen for example? What negative effects could happen?

the type of inflammation seen in LC and ME/CFS happens at a subcellular and tissutal level, not systemic, so routine blood tests don’t get it. IVIG are usually well tolerated, we use it since newborn period. Fever and headache are commonest side effects
