Thank you Doc🙏🏻, also for speaking about breathing exercises and passive movement exercises. I think that aminoacids can be useful, too, in absence of a good intake of proteins per day due to lack of appetite or do to a bad diet or in addition to a good diet to sustain the recovery. Of course it's better to eat based on a proper diet. Increasing vegetables and protein intake in my diet and reducing pasta and pizza ("bad" carbohydrates) made a huge difference for me in the recovery process of the last year. These suggestions were given to me by professors in dietology and also good pharmacists/naturopaths. I now feel like I am almost completely recovered, except for some fatigue left 🥲 and loss of hair and loss of appetite sometimes. Sometimes little pain when the weather changes suddenly.. My sensitivity to light/odour/noises stimulus are almost gone thank god 🙏🏻 and I really hope that they don't come back!!! I have no more PEM, even if I still become anxious when I walk too much because my brain is still afraid and anxious of having PEM again. This was a looong process (Feb 2022->today, 3 years) and it changed unfortunately my positive and brave attitude towards life (in some cases). Anyway I try to be grateful, to remember how bad I was (seems still incredible) and be grateful that I am slowly recovering. I hope to regain 100% of my health and be as I was before... being able to travel alone again without anxiety and worries and so on... Sometimes I think it was a long nightmare, I hope it never happens to me again and to no one else of course. 🌈 I hope that one day the cures will be safe, cheap and accessible for everyone 🙏🏻

In my recovery journey I understood that the everyday diet also plays a key role on lowering the inflammation levels caused by covid. Some studies say that high protein/low bad carbohydrates diet also works good on improving autoimmune conditions. I studied a lot to recover 😅💖 I always thank you for your support in the last year and for what you do for LC and CFS patients.

Thanks for this interesting post.

Would it be possible to create a petri-dish model of these cells and brain structures, and test pharmaceuticals on them - to see if the drugs clear the spike protein?

Surely it’s better to do that than attempt clinical trials?

If a drug doesn’t work in a Petri dish, it’s unlikely to work in a human…

makes sense, for viruses a petri should

not work but creating a similar model (don’t know how) may be super interesting!
